Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “CIQ Shandong”), was set up in July 1999 as the re-organization of the former Shandong Import & Export Commodity Inspection Bureau, Qingdao Animal & Plant Quarantine Bureau and Qingdao Sanitary Quarantine Bureau.
